june 2010

the first week of june i had a family holiday in the south of france, before heading out to colorado springs in the usa to carry on with mark tedders project.

Colorado springs is probably my favourite place in the usa. mark and carrie live in a beautiful house about an hour outside the city up the mountain with beautiful views. the perfect place for creating music.

I got back to the uk on june 14th and started the mix in the shack. meanwhile mark flew to beijing to begin the visual editing for the dvd with david teo who had been invovled in 'the door' marks last project. over the next few weeks, wav and movie files were being uploaded and downloaded between me in Eastbourne and david in beijing, making sure that when we both finished our edits and mixing, that the audio would sync up with the picture.

by the end of the month, we'd both finished and the masters we're at the manufacturing plants. all had gone according to plan.
