june - july 2007

the first week of june i spent in the uk with delirious. we played 4 shows. 2 in bradford 1 in peterborough and one in stoke on trent. then it was off for two weeks holiday with the family in france. we had a great break, and arrived home on june 22nd ready to start mixing the crave album on monday 25th, which I spent the next 2 weeks on, aswell as working on some live tracks for rock band vera cruz, and mixing an eoghan heaslip track for survivor records.

july 5th i spent in the studio working on demos for another rock band called burnthouse [click], and the following week it was off to the usa and mexico for some more delirious dates, including one in corona california, corona being the home of fender guitars. the morning after the show we had time for a quick tour of the fender factory which was very cool, before jumping on a flight to dallas and then onto el paso ready for our show the following night just over the border in mexico.

From there it was back to Dallas for a show then new jersey on the east coast, arriving back in the uk on saturday 21st. Scott from Crave was with me for a fleeting visit on the Thursday, to finish off the Crave album final tweaks. its come out great and will be out at the end of september.
