march 2008
the first week of march i started work on 2 new tracks with a worship leader at st mary's church in london called nick herbert. he's had a couple of albums out on survivor records. we'd not met before apart from a meeting in london the week before we started work, but we'd heard a lot about each other. we had 2 great days. day 1 we were at the orange room in newhaven working with mark edwards, putting down some guide stuff and marks amazing programming and keyboard sklls. the next day we headed into icc with a band consisting of tim cooke on drums, mark prentice on bass and dan wheeler on guitars. the tracks were souding great ready for vocals and a mix.

the following week it was off to winston salem in the us again with delriious. this was stew smith's last usa dates playing with the band as he's decided to move on to other things, so it was a sad occassion, but fun was had also.
we got back on the 16th, and I spent the week putting together some compilation albums for various people and spent another day at icc studios with nick herbert getting his vocals down and some bv's.
I spent easter at home, and then headed off to portugal with delirious on the 28th, and then back for stew smiths offical last gig in london on the 29th. that really was a sad night but i managed to hold myself together knowing that we had one more trip to australia next month and he was coming with us. that really would be his last gig.
