Born 12th may 1973. ballymoney northern ireland.

attended Ampertaine primary school 1977 - 1984

attended Maghera High school 1984 - 1989. Here is the 1987 school footballl team. I'm in the bottom row, 3 in from the left.

formed first band rough justice aged 15 with john mcdowell on bass and julie mcdowell on drums playing our first and last gig at maghera high school on the back of this truck in june 1989. John on the left, julie in the middle, me on the right.

moved from northern ireland to cornwall, england in august 1989. spent next 3 years working as an electrician by day and a rock n roll star by night with new band 40 days along with phil veal on bass and adrian ww watson on drums. recorded 2 very dodgy eps.

july 1993 moved to eastbourne to begin life as a trainee sound engineer at icc studios making coffee and running tape copies. then moving on to editing and compiing albums and eventually to engineering and producing.

married rachel may 23rd 1998

August 2001 left icc after 8 years and started life as a freelance engineer / producer

since then I've spent my time working with many different bands, solo artists and worship leaders, producing and engineering records both in THE UK, EUROPE AND USA, AND ALso running live sound or monitors for various bands, including travelling around the world with christian band delirious. Countries I've visited so far include argentina, australia, belgium, brazil, canada, columbia, czech republic, denmark, finland, france, germany, holland, hong kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, japan, latvia, malaysia, mexico, new zealand, norway, philipines, poland, singapore, slovakia, south korea, south africa, sweeden, switzerland, usa, ukraine.
